Changed your mind?
If you decide that you have changed your mind, please contact us on 01204 778112 to discuss returning your item. In most cases we will be able to accept the item as long as it is unopened and in its original packaging and accompanied with a valid receipt (PLEASE NOTE, REUTURNED ITEMS MAY BE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING CHARGE) We are able to exchange it or give you a full refund. Refunds on cancelled orders will be processed and refunded within 14 days of confirmation in writing of the cancellation request or within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. All courier costs associated with this return will be the responsibility of the customer.

If you have any questions about your purchase, simply call our technical helpline on 01204 778112 and we will be able to help. In some cases we will provide the manufacturers technical helpline to resolve your issues.
Product faults
We are sorry if your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us on 01204 778112 before returning any products back to us. We do not offer a like for like replacement on faulty goods. We will replace faulty parts within the system, which must be fitted by a suitably qualified engineer. Only when all faulty parts have been replaced and the fault remains will we look to replace the faulty system.
Exemptions
Sorry, but there are a few items we can't accept returns on such as some electronic items unless of course these are faulty, or otherwise don't conform to the contract. If in doubt, give us a ring and speak to a member of staff. Naturally none of this affects your consumer rights, see below/our full terms and conditions for more details.
Terms & conditions
These terms do not affect your statutory rights, in particular any right you have to return the goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations.
Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item bought on this website for a full refund. This doesn't apply to:
• Items reserved for collection where they are paid for on collection.
• Goods and services where the price is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market, and cannot be controlled by the trader.
• Goods made to the customers specification or are clearly personalised.
• Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
• Computer software or electronic parts if unsealed after delivery
• Goods that becomes mixed inseparably (according to their nature) with other items after delivery.
You can cancel anytime from placing your order up to the end of a period 14 days after you take possession of the goods (or in the case of a multiple order, the last part of the order).
Please take reasonable care of the goods; we are entitled to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss in value of the goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling of the goods by you.
Please make it clear when you cancel that you are cancelling under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.
You may cancel an order for services in the same way, within 14 days of the date of purchase unless the service begins sooner. You may not however cancel accommodation, transport or leisure services which occur on a specific date.
The Consumer Contract (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations do not apply to Financial and Insurance Services.
